Exciting, complex and very pleasant to drink.

Нос	90	Sweet, balanced aroma, with hints of red fruit, vanilla, hints of caramel, pleasant to smell.
Вкус	91	Relatively watery, distinct, warm, with a pleasant spiciness in overall sweet and fruity tones. With the alcohol comes a gentle burning sensation on the edges of the tongue, like heartburn.
Финиш	90	Despite this, it retains a fruity and longer finish, albeit with a typical oloroso dryness.

Beautiful full sherry dram, again a sweet, dense, thick sherry shot, you can smell more herbs and citrus here (compared to Glenburgie 30 yo SV), which do not turn sour, the 2nd fill PX gave it a nice juicy and sweet touch (also nothing for Štev), a very nice dram that is worth the money...

Нос	90	Sweet and smooth, with a rather subtle barrel influence, confirmed by the light color. Honey, vanilla, and caramel, followed by citrus and canned peaches. In the background, wood stain, wood varnish, milk chocolate, and delicate herbs.
Вкус	89	Smooth, creamy, and sweet. Caramel, fresh fruit, dried peach, a hint of citrus. Very cohesive and structured—to the point of being a bit boring :)
Финиш	90	Long and intense again. Citrus, canned peach, dried fruit, candy sweetness. Added to this are herbs, caramel, notes of cocoa, mint, and nuts.

Another successful release in Symington's choice series. A good surprise is that the oak is not dominating depsite such a long maturation. The label says 2nd fill PX finish, but it provides quite a lot of sweetness to the taste. However, the result is not a syrupy sherried single malt, but well-balanced aged whisky with lovely strawberry note. By the way, sister cask 101 is almost identical to this one.

A very nice tropical finish is a nice surprise. Finish is the best part. Starts a little spicy on the nose then the palate is soft and honeyed and goes into a great finish. Solid dram

Apple pie, peaches with honey, old oak and a little rosin, a little furniture varnish, linden tea Tart pear with a drop of honey, a little black pepper, cooked vegetables, spices and citrus Apricot kernels, dried pears, stale dried fruit—I don't even remember encountering anything like that in the aftertaste. It's interesting, like drinking a rich compote in the countryside, green tea, the aftertaste is viscous and endless... A great malt, you can feel the age and character, an unusual profile

Banana + vegetables on the nose ? Curious indeed. Very pleasant aroma. Curious palate, agey… vegetablish one again ? Is it like oily glen ord ? Light chocolate/cocoa Finish is spicy and oaky, but not too much. A very gentle whisky. The alcohol is not existent. Interesting… not actually quite sure what else to say
